Mathsters Summer Camp: 5th Grade to 6th Grade Math Prep (M/W @ 7:30 PM EST)

📣 MEETING DAYS & TIMES: 📆 Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30 PM- 8:30 PM EASTERN TIME via Zoom 🎂 AGES: 10-12 Do you want to prevent the "summer slide" and ensure your student is ready for the jump to 6th grade? The transition from 5th to 6th grade is a big one, often bringing more complex word problems and new concepts like ratios and algebraic expressions. I created Mathsters Summer Camp Math Prep at Romie-Learning to help rising 6th graders reinforce essential 5th-grade skills while building the confidence they need for the year ahead. We meet for 1 hour twice a week for 6 weeks (12 live sessions total). Whether your child is catching up or looking to get ahead, they will thrive in this interactive group setting where we make sure the math actually "clicks." Each session includes: 😎 Certified Teacher Support: Live, direct guidance to help students navigate tricky topics in real-time. ⛱️ Visual Lessons: We use models and interactive tools to explore key math topics so students see how the numbers work. 🏄🏾‍♂️ Hands-on Practice: We use an engaging digital platform to solve problems together and build stamina. ☀️ Math Fluency Games: Fun, competitive games to strengthen multiplication, division, and problem-solving skills. 🌊 Worksheets for Practice: I provide worksheets to reinforce what we’ve learned and give students a chance to practice on their own.
